Contact Us : There were a couple of days in April where I seriously wondered if anyone had bothered to go to work. My usually persistent cell phone was quiet, I was able to find the top left hand corner of my desk, I managed to type letters without being interrupted by the notification that I had 152 new emails arriving in the "inbox" per second and the only meeting I did manage to make in the last week of the month was cancelled due to a dubious dental emergency! Personally, I am glad to see the back of April but that has nothing to do with public holidays and everything to do with it being the month where I have to admit to being a year older! Shrubs and Trees It is a good time to be planting shrubs and trees. Rain and cooler weather will encourage strong root growth through winter to produce good growth in the spring. Herbs Your herbs will need cutting and composting again before the rain sets in. Some herbs may suffer from lack of sun so don’t be too disappointed if you have to replant some.
