Welcome
Dear All,
I am looking forward to meeting those of you I have not yet met on the 26th November at the member function being hosted by Bihari. Thanks to David and Donna Ross for their generosity and input, it looks set to be a brilliant evening!
The website is gaining momentum and we are being inundated with requests both locally and internationally; everything from wedding venues, vineyards and accommodation availability to the best things to do and see on a day tour. On the subject of the website you should have recently received a request for website corrections and additions, thank you to those members that have already completed these and returned them to me at belinda@constantiavalley.com. If you have not yet had the chance to complete yours, please do so as soon as possible as we are only as good as the information we supply! Alternatively you can bring completed forms to the member function.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to welcome our newest members, Little Works, Generator, i3zone passport and Manuka. They will soon feature on the website and will be new additions in the 2008 brochure. Once again, please let us know if there are any other businesses in the valley that you feel will benefit from becoming members of the CVA; the strength of the Association most definitely lies with its member base. We trust that you are all busy networking and interacting with each other...
Finally, if you feel there is anything the CVA should be doing on your behalf please let us know. We are a young association and the more ideas and input we receive from our member base, the more competitive we can become!
See you on the 26th
Belinda

Additionally we have been accepted on to the Cape Grace Hotels “Things to see and Places to Visit in Cape Town” visitor presentation. This is screened nightly to all guests and I am sure we will be a destination of interest.

The Heritage Suites at Steenberg
The three extraordinary Heritage Suites were officially launched at Steenberg Hotel on 15th November 2007, all offer magnificent views of the Vineyard, Golf Course and False Bay and embrace the 325 year history of Steenberg – the Cape’s oldest farm – as well as celebrating modern Steenberg by blending historical period antiques with sophisticated contemporary technology to create an exquisite, distinguished luxury to Steenberg. Each of the suites offers butler service, a highly trained professional who will be a personal assistant to the guest whilst visiting Steenberg.
Graham Beck, a noted figure in the world of wine, has channeled the passion, enthusiasm and skill he has for wine into The Steenberg Hotel. The result is a true picture of a rich and colourful nation portrayed from the position of sincere and complete quality. Please visit the Steenberg website for more information at www.steenberghotel.com.
